An Exclusive Evening with The Dalmore: A Guided Tasting with National Ambassador Jeremy Hill
Tuesday, June 9 at Bin 110 in Cornelius, NC. Four exceptional pours of The Dalmore Highland single malt Scotch whisky, guided by Jeremy Hill — The Dalmore's National Brand Ambassador — with heavy hors d'oeuvres and (weather permitting) cigars on the patio.
Every so often a night comes together at Bin 110 that feels a little bigger than the room it's in. June 9 is one of those nights.
We're hosting an exclusive guided tasting with The Dalmore — one of the most recognized names in Highland single malt Scotch whisky — led by Jeremy Hill, The Dalmore's National Brand Ambassador. Four exceptional pours, complimentary heavy hors d'oeuvres, and (weather permitting) cigars on the patio. If you've been waiting for the right reason to spend an evening with rare Scotch in your glass and a true expert at the front of the room, this is it.

The Dalmore has been distilling on the edge of the Cromarty Firth since 1839.
Why The Dalmore
The Dalmore has been distilling single malt at the edge of the Cromarty Firth since 1839, and they've built their reputation on one thing above all: cask craft. Their signature use of sherry casks — many of them rare, hand-selected casks from Bodega González Byass — is what gives Dalmore its unmistakable richness and depth.
It's luxurious whisky, made with serious intention. The kind of single malt that rewards a closer look — and an evening like this one is exactly the right way to take it.
The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve — one of four expressions in the flight.
Why Jeremy
Jeremy Hill is the person The Dalmore sends out to tell that story nationally, and we're thrilled he's bringing it to Lake Norman. He'll walk us through each pour — the history, the cask program, the craftsmanship, and what to look for in the glass.
Whether you're a longtime Scotch drinker or just starting to explore single malts, you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for what's in your glass.
The Flight
Four expressions, each showcasing a different side of The Dalmore's house style:
The Dalmore 12 Year
The classic. Smooth and balanced, with citrus brightness, chocolate, baking spice, and the signature sherry-cask influence that put Dalmore on the map.
The Dalmore Sherry Cask 12 Year
A richer take on the 12, finished in carefully selected sherry casks for added depth. Expect dried fruit, warm spice, and more layered complexity.
The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve
Bold and elegant, finished in port pipes. Ripe berries, dark chocolate, orange, and a long, warm finish.
The Dalmore 15 Year
Refined and sophisticated. Matured across multiple sherry casks, this one delivers orange marmalade, cinnamon, coffee, and dark chocolate in beautiful layers.
That's a lineup that would be a privilege to taste anywhere. To taste them side by side, guided by The Dalmore's own ambassador, in a room of fellow whisky lovers — that's what makes a night like this rare.
Upscale, but not pretentious — exactly the kind of night Bin 110 was built for.
